RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Light Castle Sound Healing have no returns or exchange policy.
For manufacturer's defects, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt of goods.
You must provide photo/video proof of the broken item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All the items has to be in the original packaging.
How to present a claim:
1. Take a photo/video of the package to show damage.
2. Take a photo of the broken bowl in the box before removing it.
3. Add your delivery proof.
4. Email all images with your your original tracking number to: info@lightcastle-soundhealing.com
5. Please describe the situation in your email, so we will understand what how did it happen.
We check all our bowls before delivery, and good customer service is our top priority.
Please be patient and wait 3-4 weeks to present a claim to the courier company.
